For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the house's internal regulations.
- The apartment is exclusively reserved for registered guests: access to unauthorized persons is therefore prohibited; the visits of any external guests must be previously approved by the Management.
-You will be able to take possession of the accommodation unit after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and you must leave it free by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- Each guest is required to take care of their personal effects and valuables left in the apartment; the management is not responsible for their unfortunate removal.
- Each guest is responsible for their own behavior in the house and in the surrounding area and in the common areas, in the event of accidents attributable to them, they will be called to pay damages.
- You will have the keys of the entire structure, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same, timely notice must be given to the landlord and / or person in charge, any costs for replacing the locks and / or locks will be charged to the tenant. or remaking of the same.
-You are kindly requested to lock the door and windows, close the umbrella, the shade sails in case of bad weather conditions, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances before leaving your accommodation unit (TV , air conditioning ...) and to close the water taps.
-The owner of the property has the right, in the absence of the guest and in special circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid possible damage or danger. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of their entrance to the apartment / room.
- Any noise is prohibited from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
- It is possible to use equipment and appliances that are not an integral part of the apartment / room offer only with the authorization of the landlord.
-In case of loss or damage to systems, furniture, appliances or equipment in the apartment, the guest is required to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is attributable to the fault of the guest, he will be required to pay compensation equal to the value of the lost object or the damage caused.
The sum of €200.00 per week is required as a security deposit, guaranteed by credit card which the customer must communicate as soon as possible and in any case upon arrival at the property.
-It is strictly forbidden to remove appliances or parts of the equipment supplied from the apartment / room (towels, blankets etc ).
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
-The manager makes available to guests who request it, the password for internet access with their PC with wireless system
- The Management has the right to suspend the provision of the service to the guest who contravenes the provisions of these internal regulations.
- Upon arrival, each guest is required to deliver their personal identification document (identity card or passport) without delay, so that they can report their presence to the competent tourist office and to the Tourist Police Offices.
